Earthquake tremor felt in Kathmandu

by .KATHMANDU: An earthquake measuring 4.6 in the Richter scale struck 37 kilometres north of Kathmandu in Nuwakot, near the Rasuwa border, around 10:25 this morning.
The tremor was felt in Kathmandu Valley and the adjoining districts.
According to National Seismological Centre, Lainchaur, the co-ordinates of the epicentre are 28.03°N, 85.38°E.
Earlier, on April 9, an aftershock measuring 3.6 in the Richter scale had shaken the far-west region of the country, with its epicentre in Baitadi.
