Corona virus spread in the community, 20 local levels of province 1 are in ‘Risk zone’

by .Biratnagar : With the opening of lockdown, Corona infection has been seen at the community level of province 1. Stating that the risk of Corona has been reduced, the Government has announced an end to the lockdown from 7 srawan. However, in Biratnagar, the capital of province 1, there are sings that the Corona community has reduced there since the same day.
At the end of the summer session of the state assembly on Friday, chief minister Sherdhan Rai said that the Corona community, which had been reached that community level Biratnagar metropolitan city, Katahari Rural municipality and Jahada Rural municipality have stopped other services except emergency.
Statistics confirming the infection in Biratnagar in the last one week show that the infection has reached the community level. Infection has been confirmed in 60 people in Biratnagar from 7 to 14 srawan. More than half of them do not have a travel history. Of those infected, 24 are police security personnel and 9 are health worker, while others are civilians.
As of Wednesday, 975 people have been confirmed infected in province 1, said Dr. Suresh mehta, spokesperson of the ministry of social development. According to him, 41,710 PCR have been tested in province 1.
20 local levels are in Risk Zone
The province Government has placed 20 local levels at high risk of spreading Corona infection. 20 local levels in 4 districts bordering India have been placed in Risk zones. India has a high infection rate. According to Dr. Suresh Mehta, spokesperson of the ministry of social Development, there is a risk of spreading the infection due to the open border.
The state government has put Jahada and Dhanpalthan in Morang at high risk. Similarly, Rangeli, Sunbarsi and Ratuwamai municipalities bordering India are at risk. Koshi, Bhokraha Nursing, Harinagar, Kaptangunj and Barju of Sunsari are risk.
Mechinagar, Bhadrapur, Kachankabal, Gaurigunj and Jhapa local levels of Jhapa districts are at more risk. Similarly, Rong, Suryadaya, Maijogmai and Sandakpur of Ilam are on the list of risk.
