Chudal, Subedi appointed as SC justices

KATHMANDU : Kumar Chudal and Nahakul Subedi have been appointed as justices of the Supreme Court.

President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Monday appointed them as apex court justices upon the recommendation of the Judicial Council as per the Article 129 (2) of Constitution of Nepal.

Prior to this, Chudal was the Chief Judge at Patan High Court while Subedi was serving as the Chief Judge at Surkhet High Court.
