Family Health Nepal (FHN) is a service oriented health Organization focused towards you and your loved one personal health. FHN is a hub organization that holds many well established specialized as well as general hospital that will make the health service easily accessible at an affordable cost. Under the funding of Sahara Nepal (SACCOS), FHN is implementing family and community Health Program and various health support programs in its working districts of Province No. 1. FHN is seeking qualified, dynamic and motivated Nepali Citizens on following positions for successful implementation of the program.
Position: Health Assistant (HA)
Number of Vacancies: 1 (ONE)
Minimum Qualification:
- SLC+ three (3) years course from Nepali University or CTEVT for general/community medicine or Health Assistant Course passed.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Community Health.
- Must have sufficient skills on computer and have certificate of Nepal Health Professional Council.
Additional Skills and Working Arrangements:
- The working station is Head Office (Charpane, Jhapa) with 90 percent hospital and family health/home care services/ visit.
- Candidate should have motivation to accept the working challenges even more than office hour in case of emergency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with the patients’, family members and the community people as well.
- Good management, report writing and presentation skills
- Candidate must have her/his own vehicle (two-wheeler) with driving license.
Job Description
- Frequent hospitals visit and meeting patients to observe their health situation provided/reported by the Hospital and make good coordination with the hospitals.
- Frequent home care visit/visit to families and provide health services /counseling as per the guideline provided by FHN.
- Coordinate and organize or participate in different Health Campaigns and other community health programs/activities.
- Prepare, manage and record the patients’ documentation who are in hospitals or in home care and generate brief health report as per the guideline provided
- Additional official works with good skills of dealing with family, community social behavior.
