Senior cooperator Upreti appointed as executive member of NCDB 

Jhapa : Ram Chandra Upreti, chairman of Nepal Multipurpose Cooperative (NMC) one of the leading cooperative in Nepal, has been appointed as an executive member of the National Cooperative Development Board (NCDB) for two years.

Upreti, a senior cooperator representing province 1, has received a letter of appointment as an executive member from the decision of the ministerial level of the Government of Nepal.

Senior cooperative leader Upreti was before an advisory member of the board. He was the two term director of the National federation of cooperators (then association) and made significant contribution to the promotion of cooperative business.

Appointed as an executive member of the NCDB, Upreti has written half dozen useful books for the cooperative movement.
