Top NC leaders to address protests against HoR dissolution in all 77 districts today

KATHMANDU : Nepali Congress is staging protests against the dissolution of House of Representatives (HoR) in all 77 districts on Monday.

Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba, Ramchandra Poudel and other key leaders of the party will be addressing the event in various districts today.

Deuba is scheduled to address a gathering in Butwal to be hosted by the Rupandehi District Committee. Likewise, party leader Ramchandra Poudel and Prakashsharan Mahat will be addressing a similar protest in Dhading Besi.

Similarly, Deputy-Party Chairman Bimalendra Nidi is scheduled to be in Saptari, General Secretary Shashank Koirala in Dang, Party Spokesperson Biswaprakash Sharma in Lalitpur, Arjun Singh KC in Kathmandu and Prakashman Singh in Kaski.

Earlier on Sunday, Chairman Deuba urged everyone to actively participate in the protest against the unconstitutional move of the Oli-led government.

NC has been staging a series of protests and demonstrations against the dissolution of HoR.
